I would have to say 4.5 stars for the price. What I didn't really like to see was the neck was unfinished, and required a coat of polyurethane to protect it from finger oils and moisture/warping. The nut is plastic and I've had guitars with plastic nuts before but this seems like really cheap plastic. I also didn't like how when moved the guitar rattled a lot and when I unscrewed the pick guard a whole bunch of manufacturing debris fell out. Awesome bass guitar for the price. You can not beat it. Delivery was quick and guitar was scratch free. This the second guitar I have bought from Glarry and wont be the last. Have to do a little set-up. They get 5 stars from me. glarrry

All of these basses (I bought 3) play great and are excellent vehicules for upgrades. It took me 10 minutes to get used to the thicker neck. This was the problem for the Jazz Bass only.

Wonderful fingerboard. No fret sprout. Thinner neck. Bass is much better than expected. Amp is not. Skip the bundle.

Outstanding guitar for the money! The fretwork was top notch, the finish was perfect, and the neck plays fast. When hooked up to an amp and a noise gate, it did have some sort of phasing issue, but that could've been the noise gate. More investigation is required. I would highly recommend this guitar for beginners. I have never touched an instrument before in my life. During quarantine, I just decided, "bass, why not." The price is NOT A SCAM!! Yes, there is some glossy finish that is peeling slightly at the corner, but that is an easy fix. I am 16 years old but the reported "thick neck" of the bass didn't phase me at all. Ok I just received my Glarry Jazz bass. First and foremost it looks great. Second and most importantly, the fret edges are smooth as butter. Amp is good. Little fret buzz but that can be fixed easy enough. Love it. Burlywood is the style I picked .

I simply cannot overstate what a great value this is. Is it just for beginners? Shhhh, don't tell. I've been playing over 40 years. It is a treat for the eyes, ears and my sore neck. Get one! Sounds great, the pickups are easily the standout. Great sounding bass and playable. I also like the practice amp it came with, perfect for an apartment. If you want to start playing this is the way to go. The durability of the construction is somewhat questionable, about my only criticism. She might not be here for a long time, but she's here for a good time! Now if you'll excuse me I've got some funky jams to kick out!

I have played guitar for coming on 60 years now... and feel that this guitar is well worth every penny I spent on it. It was shipped and arrived very quickly... despite our ongoing pandemic 'woes'. I purchased this bass not expecting much because of the price, I was really surprised at the quality of the build. The action is set really high so I did a full setup on it and put a nice set of cobalt flatwound strings on it, Plays very nice, looks spectacular! Could not be more pleased with this company!
