All orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as Yodel, Royal Mail or Herms.
Please do not drop off your parcel at a ParcelShop or Locker as it may be returned due to its size.

TIPS:
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
We highly recommend that you do not change your address or cancel
your order once it has been placed, as our warehouse and customer
service operate separately. We cannot guarantee that your request will
be forwarded to the warehouse in a timely manner.
If
your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However,
you can return your order by contacting our Customer Service team to
receive a prepaid return shipping label (RL) upon receipt.
Please
keep in mind that shipment in transit is beyond our control, and any
unforeseen delays are the carrier's responsibility. We will do
everything we can to help expedite the delivery of your order. In the
event that your package is lost during transit, we will resend it to
you.
