Guitar is everything and even better than I expected. The guitar arrived in about a week, just before Christmas, which was perfect. The good packaging was in great condition and was very excited to open and see the beautifully finished "burly wood" body. Everything, the hardware, tuners and all was solid and good quality. After receiving my bass guitar it appears to have damage to it. Damage/defect had no effect on the playability or sound of the bass. Sounds and plays excellent! Plan on using it to record a few tracks in the near future.

A more than adequate case, worth much more than the reasonable price. If you don't have a case for your Tele or Strat, this is the way to go on a budget. Shipping was very fast, and well packed.

Item keeps saying shipped on 12/23, no record of it shipping. Tracking says still not shipped. Glarry blames UPS, but they say they don't have it yet. Keep getting the runaround via email on both of my items. They charged me right away no problem but no one can tell me why it truly hasn't been shipped. Lame! EDITING to add that again I get a disjointed email from someone blaming UPS for not picking up the order after 12 days. NOT TRUE. SO ANNOYING!

Customer service is excellent. A couple of minor issues were addressed quickly after I contacted Glarry by email (I sent a message on Dec. 31 and received a reply on Jan. 2 - not bad!). I purchased this guitar and one other from Glarry expecting to use them as a kit build/redo because the price was cheaper than most kits out there. To my pleasant surprise the order came in just a few days. Packing was decent and there was no damage due to shipping. But what was amazing is that Everything functioned well right out of the box! Fantastic guitar for the price! Needs setting up though. To start with a positive, the body was immaculate and the neck was perfectly straight. The guitar worked right away and did not have any electrical issues. As to expect from the price, I needed to dress the frets and file the nut slots. At first, I could not fit the wammy bar. Bass received on Jan. 4 It is defected has glue. all over it and pick guard scared. Looks like it is a return and repair attemped. I ordered another one, a GIB bass instead would like to return this one . Please send return info to be reimbursted.

I bought this bass as a Christmas gift for my wife. She has been wanting to learn to play for quite some time. After reading reviews, I decided to go ahead and order from Glarry. My guitar rack didn't have the holes for the screws and holders cut into the foam! I had to locate the holes and then cut away the foam to build this, not really what I was expecting and thought initially I had been sent the wrong pieces! (A case of you get what you pay for). Stand works as intended now, and liked the quick delivery.

Bought this for my wife who has always wanted to play the bass. Needed something reliable and good for not a lot of money. Most of the reviews I read were good so I took the leap. She opened it on Christmas and was very pleased. Has already taken several on-line classes and seems to enjoy the ride so far. Amp is pretty small and a little tinny but just fine as a starter given the price. So far very satisfied. Thanks.

Absolutely perfect. I could not be happier with the bass. The electronics are quite and work properly. frets were well dressed with no sharp ends. I actually have 2 of these Tweed guitar cases from Glarry. They're meticulously built and very sturdy!! I have a Tweed Gator case just like the 2 Glarry cases and aside from some minor differences between them, you wouldn't care which one you had!!! That's how good the Glarry cases are!!! I recommend anyone needing a case of this kind ho to Glarry.com. The green Ibanez is the wife's and the purple is mine. Minor difference is I have the Glarry rage on mine and she doesn't.

I received my electric guitar (yellow) fast. Upon opening package I found all items to be accounted for and no damage was noted. I immediately plugged in the guitar and tuned the strings. I was amazed by the sound. I measured the guitar against my Fender Tele and found out the size was the same as the tele. Easy to tune and play.
