Annoyingly good. I've been a musician for most of my life and own some stupidly expensive guitars. My wife, in an effort to join in with me, decided to learn the bass. I was expecting utter horridness and couldn't believe it when it arrived - it was actually….great. I reach for this over my premium basses just cause it's so punchy, so comfortable and just fun. It's absolutely perfect for beginners other than, once they upgrade to something "better" they may be disappointed.

After playing bass for about 40 years, I was excited to try this one out. It plays smoothly and feels good in the hands. The pickups are adequate for my current needs. Overall, it's an excellent beginner bass, and I recommend it to new musicians.

Recieved 1 day early,body of guitar is mint,no scratches, I smoothed the neck with a nail buffer just my own preference to make it slide better, but for price, I am really impressed.required a basic set up out the box,string height needed small tweek.excellent finish in the natural wood.great value.would reccomend this bass all day long.

Bought this bass with modest expectations, but it exceeded them. It arrived early and in perfect condition, with a carry bag and strap included. The sound is excellent, and it's easy to play. Excellent bass for the money. As a guitarist looking for a bass to experiment with and record, I chose this P-Bass. It needed some minor adjustments, but overall, it's a solid instrument. The sound is spot-on for a P-Bass, and the satin finish is a nice touch. I even customized mine with a black pickguard. These basses are great and have me considering adding a Telecaster to my collection.

It felt like this bass was professionally set up right out of the box. Everything was perfectly adjusted—smooth frets, straight neck, and perfect string height. The strings are decent for the price and the pickups deliver that classic tone. The weight is well-balanced and not too heavy. I'm impressed by the quality for such a low price and might get the Strat version as well.
