I saw this on Allen Brown's YouTube channel (Bully Thakidd), and thought I would see if this bass lived up to the hype. This thing is playable right outside the box. It looks good and sounds pretty. If you wanted to set it up, it would be cake. The neck is thick like a P-Bass, which I don't really mind since I started with a P-Bass. This bass guitar is amazing! It arrived right away, and right out of the box, it was a joy to play. I've already plugged it into my DAW and recorded with it, and of course it sounds great through my amp (and even alone, tbh—just for practicing fingering...I'm new to the bass). Strings are fabulous, they stay tuned, tone is amazing—everything about it is perfect. Highly recommend!

After having claimed to have shipped the order on 7/10, and 3 emails to customer service during the following week, order was finally shipped from NJ on 7/17, which I received the following day from UPS. Really happy with this purchase. The guitar looks great, sounds really good and feels well built and sturdy. Came with a tiny bit of fret buzz on one or two frets, but nothing a 5 minute set-up couldn't fix - and most basses need a little adjustment out of the box so that's to be expected. First things first. I picked the yellow because I liked the bright yellow collar that is shown. The yellow is more orange and not at all the collar that is shown. Lost one star for that. The bass is nice and sounds great. At this price I would recommend to anyone. Great for kids first guitar. Lighter than most, yet solid and plays nice. Thanks Glarry! Have been contemplating buying one for a while. Pulled the trigger after many videos and blogs stating it was worth it. Ordered four string jazz with sunburst. Got here within the time frame they said. First glance of opening it, I said wow. It looked great. One thing that was said was it was neck heavy. Super pleased with the quality and playability. Would be a bargain at double the price. I was surprised how light this model is, after seeing reviews of the P and J models which noted "neck dive." No such problem with this model. Very pleased with it.
