i admit i was upset at first i thought it wasn't working but it works just fine just needed a little tuning also if ur rosin doesn't work i advise that i find something to scratch it up first then use it on the bow but overall this is amazing so great to have a violin again

If you buy this expecting a master's level violin or a violin that you're going to play at the New York Philharmonic, you're going to be sorely disappointed. But for a beginner's violin that costs around $100, this is really impeccable.

I haven't played in over 20 years and I bought this because she is beautiful lol I have found myself playing it more now than I did when I was younger. She's absolutely beautiful and everything that comes with I was able to tune her myself Which got me more excited about being able to play again.

The quality of this violin is eminent as soon as you remove it from its carrying case. All of the strings and tuners are tight and it has a good, warm, solid look to it. The bridge was in when we got it and my son started plucking it right away.

Violin itself looks nice, comes with a decent case, everything you need to get started. If purchasing, I'd highly recommend watching some online videos of how to set up (set the bridge right, tuning and properly applying initial rosin to the bow, etc).

I am very pleased with this student violin. It came with extra strings and an extra bridge. For a low cost violin it resonates well. It is perfect for beginners. I am happy to have a violin for my kids to play without me being overly stressed about them accidentally damaging an expensive instrument.
