It is impressive, playing so well and sounding like a $200+ instrument. After I dropped in some different pickups I have come up to the conclusion that this guitar can keep up with $400 guitars with ease!!

Don't expect it to be ready to play right from the box. You could do it, but with a little help from someone with basic guitar tech knowledge you'll have a much better instrument. It needs done on basically every guitar, but at some point they start doing it more carefully from the factory. I've done the exact same work on major brands priced more than five times higher and wasn't particularly surprised. What amazed me with the Glarry was how good the bones are. At this price point you can take it to a good tech and get a full setup and fresh strings and still be under most options you'd buy in the various major music vendors, which would then need the same work anyway. It may sound crazy, but I'm not sure I'd be happier if I'd gotten a MiM, which is what I owned previously. I gave someone a nice deal on that and am still ahead enough to buy several more Glarry's. I plan to buy some nice knobs and I did replace the tuners because I had a locking set on hand already, but the factory ones were the same stuff you see on most decent entry level guitars. My only suggestion holds for basically every guitar. Replace the strings asap. They weren't bad, certainly not rusty like a certain SQU brand guitar I once bought, but a fresh high quality set of strings makes a huge difference in any guitar.

I normally am apprehensive on any discount guitar simply because the "standard" is usually considerably more. And that in some ways still holds true. But if you want to play and you don't have hundreds to drop on an entry level guitar, this one exceeds expectations. Bought for my son to start learning and he loves it. It feels solid, neck allows for good fret progression and allows for smooth transition. One thing I am very impressed with is that it holds tuning. Very rare in this price point. It could use finishing touches like tightening screws on the pick ups and smoother fret wires, but nothing to deny it's value and favorable playability. For the price it still wins the day. If I had extra money I would try their Telecaster version for myself, that is how impressed I am. Keep improving the product, you're on the right track to introduce more people to music. Thank you Glarry for the better than expected guitar. You made my kids day.

I found the finish to be be really nice for the low cost, the neck could have used a little more detailed finishing but how can I complain for under $100...I was simply curious to see what a $100 Strat copy would be like and I found the pickups to be fairly decent and the overall appearance to be nice...its a great beginners guitar...I have already started adding ny own neck and several other parts...turning it into a Partscaster...the light weight of the body makes it a great stand up player.

It was exactly as I expected. The neck was smooth, frets were not sharp, the action was decent and easy to adjust, the guitar tuned up in a minute or two, and held tune pretty well. Overall I would say in its price range you are getting everything you could ask for. I am not going to say it's the best guitar ever made, but it's far from department store junk. The included "gig bag" is more of a dust cover than anything else but considering it's free it will do the job until you have a chance to ...

The same can be said for the included strap, pick, and 1/4 cable. They will do just fine to get you started but should be replaced with nicer parts later. Overall the guitar alone is worth the price and mine came in quickly, and in excellent condition. If you are a beginner, or someone looking for an S-type mod platform then I think you found what you are looking for. I will certainly be coming back to Glarry for lower-priced guitars in the future.

Guitar cam sooner than promised. Great condition. Took it to a local music store for a little action adjusting, but it plays and sounds just as good if not better than the squire strat. Love it and I've been playing for 17 years.

All I can say is, WOW! Phil McKnight (You Tube) is right. How do they do this for this amount of money? I've got two of these, (the Red and the Black) and I have not touched my Squire by Fender Strat since. They are both so nice and playable, and owning two has shown me the quality control is pretty darn good. If you close your eyes, you would not know which one you were playing. I could not begin to build what I received for three times as much. Seventy-six dollars was worth just having the body painted. I bought this guitar for a project and it has everything I need. I have played guitar for coming on 60 years now... and feel that this guitar is well worth every penny I spent on it. It was shipped and arrived very quickly... despite our ongoing pandemic 'woes'. While the packing left much to be desired, the guitar arrived ' no worse for wear'. The intonation was good after one minor adjustment on one string and the guitar plays well. It will make an excellent replacement guitar for my nephew, who lost his prior one in a housefire. With occasional & timely ...

Nice machine tuners that stay in tune well. Whammy bar, strap and even a pick included! The bag is nothing special, but you don't play the bag!
