Although the quality issues I had with the instrument will take some effort to be resolved, Customer Service was very quick to respond and offer a remedy for the problems. Less than 36 hours after receiving the instrument, I can say that I am satisfied. The instrument is very good looking, and with a little effort will be playing just as well. Thank you Lynn and team for your outreach. I will be buying more instruments from Glarry in the future.
