Got this in a red finish. Looks nice. Comes with everything you need in the box. The fret edges need filing down, and the strings could be upgraded, but everything else is great.

I'm 41 and decided to learn guitar. This kit has everything I need. The amp isn't too loud, but I'm just practicing finger exercises. The tuner is very useful, just remember to set it to "G" for guitar. Very happy with the whole package, would highly recommend.

Had to deepen the nut slots,shim the neck,and adjust string height and intonation but after that,the guitar stays in tune and plays good.its a great value if you can do a little setup work.

Great buy for the money. Our grand daughter plays drums, piano, and decided she wanted to try guitar. So we got this beginner's guitar and she loves it. Within a week she was playing 3 Metallica songs.... including my favorite "Enter Sandman" Definitely worth the money

I'm very surprised I don't feel the need to visit a Luthier for a set up. The last two budget guitars I purchased (not Glarrys) needed that. The frets seem smooth and well rounded. Plugged in, it sounds fine, and the string action is as good as any guitar I own, (and I own more than a few). Right out of the box, I am happy and satisfied.
