Great for beginners and a dream for gearheads like me. I bought this for a project guitar. Sure I had to smooth the fret edges and file 2 frets a little to get rid of buzzing on the high E, no biggie. Swapped out the pickups, tuners and added shielding about $400. This is not just a good guitar for the price, it is just a good guitar in general! This burning fire model I picked up to learn on and record (Death and black metal) with and it has lived up to what I needed it for ten-fold. We have now during the black Friday sales, picked up a fretless bass for me, a GST for my son, and a keyboard for my wife... Gorgeous electric guitar, more for novelty, does not stay in tune and design makes it almost impossible to change out strings on your own. After only one use the D string popped out because it was too tight. Overall not too mad though because it's gorgeous and has great sound, good for the price you pay.

Especially the bass, I'd hold it up against any other bass around priced up to $699, and believe me I've tried most of them out. Would love to see y'all do a version of more pointy guitars, like a flying V, or Any of the BC Rich guitars, such as the Mockingbird, Bich, Warlock, or Wave. I have a Glarry Burning fire, and a Glarry GTL Semi-Hollow Electric Guitar F Hole HS, the Burning fire is 2 or 3 months old, and for my happiness, I had to change the pickup holders, so the pickups would set flat, had to tighten the truss rod, to straighten the neck, set the bridge, and the int. But I still like the guitar. the GTL, came to me like it had been fully set up. all I had to do was play it. The boxes were booth damaged in shipment, but on the guitars. there was no damage. Had to try again, bought the Glarry GST Electric Guitar Green, took a while for me to try the green. I liked the wood finish, had trouble with the green, but when I got it, it was great. The color was much better than glarrys picture. the neck was straight, action was low, i lowered it a little more. raised the pickups quite a bit. Play's, looks, and sounds great. was going to order a higher priced guitar. did not really like the color. am glad I got this one.

Absolutely wonderful guitar. The paint job is absolutely beautiful, and the tones you can get from it are fantastic. The neck is nice and straight, and the string action is perfect. It makes no sense that this instrument is this inexpensive. The guitar is extremely light, which is sometimes the hallmark of cheap guitars, but this instrument feels very solid, and the light weight means it wouldn't be fatiguing to wear onstage for an hour or two. It's comfortable to play when sitting down as ...

Absolutely wonderful guitar. The paint job is absolutely beautiful, and the tones you can get from it are fantastic. The neck is nice and straight, and the string action is perfect. It makes no sense that this instrument is this inexpensive. The guitar is extremely light, which is sometimes the hallmark of cheap guitars, but this instrument feels very solid, and the light weight means it wouldn't be fatiguing to wear onstage for an hour or two. It's comfortable to play when sitting down as well. I only plan to change two things: 1) It needs heavier strings. I don't know what gauge these are, but I personally play in drop-C tuning, and these strings are definitely made for standard-E. This is obviously not a drawback of the guitar. This is par for the course for anyone who de-tunes. 2) I'm going to replace the saddle-height screws. My palm gravitates right to that spot on the saddle when I play mutes, and I don't like the feeling of the screws poking my hand. It's not painful or anything. It just tickles after a while. Not everyone would want to do this, so this isn't even a real gripe. I looked online, and whole new set of shorter saddle-height screws is about $6. No big deal. The guitar even came with the Allen wrench I need to do the job. That's very cool. I give this guitar a solid 5 Stars. I own four guitars, one of which is a $700 Jackson Charvel. This Glarry guitar is my favorite. I'd never heard of Glarry until someone online mentioned that they made accessible guitars for students, and I've been itching to buy some new guitars. I'm telling you, this guitar feels absolutely nothing like an "entry level" guitar. I own a $150 entry-level guitar, and even though this Glarry was around half the price, it's ten times better. This guitar would be the best guitar on earth for a beginner, because when that beginner becomes a long-time guitar player like me (I've been playing for around 28 years), they will still love it. I jammed out for hours last night.

I know you want to make really affordable guitars but why dont you make more expensive guitars? I mean if you can make a cheap guitar sound this good, why dont you make higher end guitars? Loved it from day one. Made some upgrades but playable out of the box. Still one of my favs for the money. I use it for drop D tuning metal. The price has gone up since I bought mine but still a good value.

The guitar is outstanding. Has great sound, looks amazing and is pleasing to hold. Whammy bar works great, comes with a cable, and a good quality pick. Strings are the right tension but the "case" That comes with it is eh and the strap is a little uncomfortable. Great product overall and came very soon since it's a US seller. Would recommend!

If you buy the package deal with the 20 watt amp don't expect much from the amp. It's not very good but okay for someone just learning. The amp I received actually didn't sound right so I opened it up and found that the ground wire had become disconnected probably during shipped. Not a problem for someone like me that can solder. Fun little guitar to learn on again. Will be making some mods in the future. Couple cons: a-string tuning key was not secured properly and the washer was even crooked. Jack was not secured either and the port was leaning. Small paint blemish on head stock. No major problems but quality control was a bit lax. Good little guitar for the money. PS: I did a full setup on the guitar and it plays great now.
