It was the wrong color cracks in the paint was supposed to be blue was yellow scratches dints neck wasn't attached properly gaps between neck and body very dissatisfied going to the better business bureau to report this and seen this isn't first instance

i wouldnt know a good one from a bad one but i took it out of the box and let my 3yr and 7yr neice and nephew play with it and then i messed with it. i like it great , i dont how to play and never tried but at 72 still young at heart... look out eric clapton....... thanks bill.

I am less enchanted with the Tele copy than with the Strat copy which I received. There was an issue with the Tele which would have required refretting to straighten the neck in order to make the guitar playable. Glarry and I had several exchanges in order to come to an understanding but to their credit, they graciously conceded to assist me in acquiring a new neck for the existing guitar. The matter is now settled and I feel that they extended their good will to satisfy the "customer's needs ...

As a long time guitar builder, I understand what is required to build - from raw materials - a finished/playable guitar for use by aspiring guitarists. I can't build a guitar for a hundred dollars so because Glarry does, it is an attractive purchase for gifting to young players. Minimal set-up is required . . . which should not be a surprise to anyone. If you purchase a $5000.00 guitar: it will still experience shipping and will STILL need to be set-up after delivery. All in all, I'm happy with what the Glarry folks are offering. As I see needs arise, I will be purchasing more Glarry Guitars.

it's a guitar, it plays but looks absolutely terrible. The finish is awful and has so much fret buzz it's almost unplayable. I'm glad I was wasn't expecting much need something to throw in the car and travel with. On the bright side maybe it will get stolen and I can get insurance to replace it.... On the other hand the amp works extremly well

First I requested Burlywood and recieved Yellow, I already have a yellow tele... Also the neck was far from the guitar so much that i can see the bolts in between the neck and guitar body. Plus there was a noticeable chip on the f sound hole plus the fret work cut me, all prior Glarry guitars had better work; Maybe because there was a high demand for Glarry during the Holidays... So I'm hurt that these considerations were over looked and that I'm guessing it was because of for some reason or ov ...

Please note I didn't return my first guitar due to a chip because it was the currier. Glarry really do give you more than what is expected for the price.. Glarry still is upgradeable and should be noticed as a serious guitar manufacturer... The should have a custom shop to bring in more revenue. For a Set Price due to upgrades.

Order arrived very quickly. It was packaged well and arrived in good condition. Guitar looks fairly well-made (especially for the price). As expected, it will need some major set-up, but overall I am very pleased.

Had some issues with this one. Clearly, nothing was a deal breaker, but I am a bit disappointed as this is my 4th guitar from Glarry, and this is the one that arrived in the worst shape. There a few cosmetic flaws. First, there were two black marks on the guitar body. I tried to remove them with nail polish remover, but no dice. The marks are in the finish. Then, there is a chip and some markings by the f-hole. I noticed that the neck was not seated correctly which was wreaking havock on the int ...

Had some issues with this one. Clearly, nothing was a deal breaker, but I am a bit disappointed as this is my 4th guitar from Glarry, and this is the one that arrived in the worst shape. There a few cosmetic flaws. First, there were two black marks on the guitar body. I tried to remove them with nail polish remover, but no dice. The marks are in the finish. Then, there is a chip and some markings by the f-hole. I noticed that the neck was not seated correctly which was wreaking havock on the intonation and ability to keep in tune. Every single tuning peg was loose. 3 of the brass saddle pieces did not move smoothly. The factory used some kind of spray filler which is fine when hidden in a cavity behind the pickguard, however, I did not like how much filler was visible through the f-hole. Most people probably wouldn't notice this, but given the overall elegance of the design, this detail really takes away from the feeling of quality. I broke the guitar down completely. I shielded the control cavity, then I used a automotive decal to cover the blemishes in the finish. Then, I painted the f-hole satin black (which was a little tricky, but I made it work). I will try to repair the chip, and will update once I do. I swapped out the plastic nut with one made of bone and put some good strings on it. With this done and a solid setup and this guitar is zeroed in and I can finally talk about how much I like it. The neck humbucker has a warm sound that isn't overly aggressive but can really deliver with overdrive. The bridge is more of the typical Tele sound, which is nice if a little thin. The two mix well in the middle position. I plan to upgrade the pickups at some point, but I'm not in a rush as the stock pickups sound pretty good. This might be my favorite guitar. The effort I put in was easily worth it. I have ordered six instruments from Glarry, and this is the only one I have considered returning. I have heard the return process is really good, but honestly I didn't want to wait a couple weeks to get it replaced and I don't mind working on guitars. It was technically playable out of the box, but they did miss quite a few things. You will not get guitars for this price anywhere else and overall I am still a fan of Glarry and do plan to return

I'm figuring that this was on sale and discounted because it was an earlier production piece before your current quality control measures were made. The set up on this guitar is terrible and the action is a full 8 plus millimeters above fretboard. Yhe saddles are really dysfunctional and allow for no adjustments as they come from the box! Fortunately I am able to correct and modify this guitar and am hoping to make a nice playable ane good soun ...

Great buy for the price. Guitar needs a little tweeking like smoothing fret edges and oiling fretboard,(guite dry) and a new set of quality strings and you should have yourself a fine little guitar to play on.

The cut-out for the F hole was roughly cut and the finish was polished away around it. The action was very high, and the fretboard was dried out.

very pretty guitar, it had pretty high action out of the box. but after shimming the neck and leveling and polishing the frets and oiling the fretboard, it really started playing very well, a new set of strings made it play and sound very good.
