It took a day longer to arrive but when it did, it was very well packaged and protected. My daughter uses it for her guitar practice and her teacher has stated that she got a good deal on it and that this is one of the good brands. They sale them for twice the price in the store but buying it here we saved and it has been worth every penny. Would highly recommend this guitar for anyone who is wanting to learn how to play.

I bought it, the amp is ok for the money but trust me only works for the bass. The guitar came in prepackaged/ wrapped clean condition and plays nicely. Uhh, i might've tuned the volume knob a little hard and it broke but i guess ill take the blame.

Very good beginners bass, my only complaint is that the chord broke pretty easily. However if you're serious about playing you should get a better amp and chord anyways.

It is hard to find an affordable Bass guitar, so this is very good for its features and price. It is a very good guitar for a person just trying out the Bass. Mine had some upgrades with good pickups, strings, and a bone nut. I applied light lube to the tuners since heavier bass strings put more pressure on the gears. But mine tuned up and held tune reasonably. You will want to upgrade to a padded case for transporting as the cover is mainly protection for dust and moisture and strong light when ...

Ordered this for Christmas for my daughter , it came extremely fast!! Within 2 days of ordering!! Although the recipient hasn't gotten it yet we did open it to look at it. It came very well packaged and everything was tucked neatly in the box. We took the guitar out to look at it and it is beautiful. Perfect for a beginner bass player. I am sure she is going to love it. You cannot beat the price either, for such an affordable guitar it did not feel cheap at all!!

Ordered on 24th November and now the 30th but still not received the item! Not exactly Glarry fault but the issue seems to be that Evri were not expecting the package to be so large so it's got stuck in the system. So maybe use a different carrier? I will be requesting a full refund and the company can claim it back from Evri

It's a beautiful bass guitar for the money. The amplifier does have an electronic buzz that I am working on removing. Otherwise, I'm more than satisfied. The body of the guitar is flawless. And the wood is very attractive. The threats do need to be polished on the ends, but it's not severe and that can wait. Overall a very good value.

They try to make it seem like it was my fault. Poor customer service have yet to speak to a live person. Customer service were great. When product arrived there was an issue with damage to the neck. The customer service were quick to respond once I'd sent an image of the issue and sent out a replacement. As it was a birthday gift the swift response was much appreciated. For the price ($110) it is a very good deal. The guitar plays nicely and stays in tune. The amp also works well for a 20 amp practice amp.

This is a nice bass guitar for beginners i ordered the dark blue one very pretty. The best part is that it cam the very next day i ordered the amp is ok for beginners but the bass is high quality and worth it.
