Amplifier had severe hum , checked connections all were good. Unplayable.

Pros: Glarry Customer Service. After notifying them of problems we came to a quick satisfying settlement, so if you do have problems they will look after you.
For Beginners my advice, go to your local music store, buy a good used guitar and have them set it up for you. Glarry offers excellent value for money, with caveats noted.
