For the price there is little to complain about but there are two things I would mention. First there is no documentation for the specific instrument I purchased. The second and more important thing is the tune o matic bridge on the GLP 101 cant be adjusted. The action is very high but you can't turn the screws or the wheels underneath.

So I purchased a GLP101 from Glarry and it had a number of issues. I realized it was only $99 so I couldn't get too upset. What was frustrating was the bridge could only be lowered so far due to some structural issue. The action was so high it was unplayable. What's fascinating though is the customer support at Glarry is PHENOMENAL! Lynn, who is a customer support manager, I think, did a fantastic job. My only wish is that the guitar was as high quality as the customer service. So as strange as this might sound and even though i didnt ended up with useable guitar I absolutely am a satisfied customer of Glarry. I think you can buy from them with confidence knowing that if what you buy isnt right, they really want the customer to be happy. Great job Glarry and thank you Lynn!
